Position Summary

eNotaryLog is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to provide first-level troubleshooting and support to the internal organization as the main point of contact for IT support needs.  In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, managing systems, monitoring systems, and resolving IT support requests.

Position Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Maintaining security processes, ensuring system security.
  • Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on internal IT support.
  • Escalate issues to the Engineering team as needed, with clear and concise documentation of issues for correction.
  • Make recommendations to improve overall operational efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent organization abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
  • Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as JIRA Service Desk
  • Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge of system security.
  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.


  • AA, AS, BS Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT support specialist. Microsoft Office 365 experience a plus
